By accessing or using Seagit Tools ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors and users of tools.seagit.com.

Use of the Service

Seagit Tools provides free, browser-based developer utilities. You may use them for personal and commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service — for example by attempting to disrupt it, probing it for vulnerabilities without permission, or using it to process content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others.

Your content

The tools run in your browser. Content you paste, edit or convert is processed locally on your device and is not uploaded to or stored by us. You are solely responsible for the content you process and for keeping your own copies. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Intellectual property

The Seagit name, logo, site design and original content are the property of Seagit and its owners. You may not copy or redistribute substantial portions of the site's content without permission. Output you generate from your own input using the tools is yours.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that conversions or outputs are error-free or fit for a particular purpose — always review results before relying on them. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising, which is what keeps the tools free to use. Ads are served by Google AdSense and by a third-party advertising network whose tag loads on every page. Ads may appear as units placed within a page, as interstitial or full-page units, or — only with your explicit browser permission — as push notifications.

Advertisements, and any sites or offers they lead to, come from third parties. We do not select, endorse, or vouch for individual ads or advertisers, and your interactions with them are governed by the policies of the respective network and advertiser, not by these terms. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser.
